For most custom products, we do not have a minimum order quantity.

Product & Material Questions
What type of leather do you use for the logo patches?
We use high-quality genuine or synthetic leather suitable for laser engraving, ensuring a crisp, long-lasting design that ages well.
How do I care for my engraved cutting board?
To keep your cutting board looking its best, we recommend hand washing only (do not put it in the dishwasher) and regularly applying a food-grade mineral oil or board conditioner.
Will the engraving on the metal cups/tumblers fade?
No. Our metal tumblers are engraved using a laser etching process that permanently removes the top powder coating layer, revealing the stainless steel underneath. The design is permanent and will not fade or wash off.
How durable are the engraved designs?
Laser engraving provides a permanent, deep mark on both wood and leather. It is highly durable and designed to last the lifetime of the product with proper care.
Shipping, Production & Returns
What is your typical production time for custom orders?
Production time varies based on the item and order size. Generally, it takes 2-4 weeks from the time you approve the final mock-up until the order is ready to ship. We will provide an estimated timeline when you place your order.
What are your shipping options?
We offer various shipping methods, including standard ground and expedited options. Shipping costs are calculated and provided at checkout.
Do you accept returns or exchanges on custom engraved items?
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or the engraving does not match the approved proof. Please review your mock-up carefully!
